What happens next
- Send your preferred treatment and suitable days or times.
- Lauren confirms availability and arranges your patch test at least 24 hours before treatment.
- A £15 deposit secures the appointment. Your studio address and arrival information are then shared privately.

Changes and cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange. With less notice, or for a missed appointment, the £15 deposit is retained.
On the day
Parking is available. Please arrive at your confirmed appointment time, as early arrival cannot be accommodated.
Who can book
Treatments are available to clients aged 18 and over, subject to consultation and suitability.
